How do I pay?

All payments for work preformed by the team members of Simple Sites Serious Success is payable through Pay Pal. We will send you an email with the instructions. Don’t have a Pay Pal account? No worries, you can pay with any Debit or Credit card through Pay Pal. If you prefer to pay by check (US or Mexico) just ask and we will send you our banking info.

What do I pay?

Work $250 and under is paid in advance. A 50% deposit is required on work over $250. We do not offer refunds.

Can I upgrade to a different package?

Absolutely! In fact we find many of our clients who start with a basic package decide to continue to invest in the success or their site. So, we make it simple. If you paid it we apply it!

What happens if my site is not done in three weeks, do I still pay?

Yes, we find that most folks procrastinate on getting us the information we need to improve their sites. Paying in full creates a sense of urgency for most people. Remember the sooner we have the information, the sooner we can work on your site and start getting you the traffic you want.

What happens if I don’t supply you the information requested?

Our low prices are based on being able to finish your site in less than 6 weeks. If you do not provide us with all the info needed to finish your site within 8 weeks of starting we will finish your site with the information you have provided and call it done.

How much time do I need to spend to provide you with the information you need?

Depending on the services you choose and the level of detail you provide most people find they can complete the initial questionnaire in 30 minutes to 3 hours. After that 5-15 minutes per day via email and one or two phone conversations should do the trick. Remember the point of having your site customized is to make it uniquely yours and we can’t do that without your input.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes package prices are discounted an average of 25%. We also offer groups of 5 or more agents within the same brokerage who use our services at the same time a 10% discount.

Another web designer burned me, how do I know you can trust you?

Most stories we hear about bad experiences come from a lack of communication. We promise to be available to you via email or phone Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. Your messages will be returned with in 24 hours (usually much less). In addition paying through Pay Pal offers you a level of protection should any problems arise (thankfully we have no first hand experience with this).


How soon can we start?

Just give us the word and we’ll send over your invoice. As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you a detailed questionnaire designed to gather the information we need. During the first 72 hours we will do a detailed analysis of your current stats so that as soon as you finish the questionnaire we are ready to dig in and start improving your site.
