This number ranges from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. Most Real Estate sites are a 1 or 2. Occasionally we see a 3 or 4 but not often. Heck even Starbucks is only a 7 and chances are they are spending a whole lot more on their site than you are! If your site is brand new please allow up to six months for a Google Page Rank.
