But for unknown reasons, the numbers don’t appear on your site unless you specifically put them there. Go figure! If you discover your phone numbers are missing, you can take action now. Just choose one of these three relatively easy steps and get ready to hear the sweet ringing sound of success.

Option One

Option Two (for Professional and Premium Members only)

Create a header or footer banner in the template of your site that will be seen on every page.

• 1. Open your Online Office.
  
  
• 2. Go to Website-Jump-To and select Edit.
  
  
• 3. In the upper left corner, select Edit Template.
  
  
• 4. In either the Edit Header or Edit Footer section, select Add Content.
  
  
• 5. Choose Add to Page from the General Content column.
  
  
• 6. Leave the title blank;choose Horizontal Header Line to match the rest of your site. Not sure what you have? The default option is Yes.
  
  
• 7. In the content section, a) add your phone number, b) select the color, size and font, and c) check Apply to Every Page.

Option Three

First, create a Content Info box in the template of your site that will be seen on every page.

• 1. Open your Online Office.
  
  
• 2. Go to Website-Jump-To and select Edit.
  
  
• 3. In the upper left corner, select Edit Template.
  
  
• 4. In the Left or Right column, click Add Content---Choose Add to Page Agency Contacts.
  
  
• 5. For the title, add Contact Us Today, We’re Waiting to Hear from You or whatever phrases you select. You can also leave this area blank.
  
  
• 6. In Title Alignment select Left, Center or Right to match the rest of your site. Choose Horizontal Header Line to match the rest of your site. Not sure what you have? The default option is Yes.
  
  
• 7. Configure Content: Custom Content---You can use this section to add additional info or leave it blank. Click Finish.
  
  
• 8. Choose the items you want to show and remove any you prefer to leave out.
  
  
• 9. Click Apply to Every Page.
  

Don't forget to add your phone number to the Contact Page

• 1. Open the Contact Page and go to Edit
  
  
• 2. Place you phone number in the body of the text and under your name.
